Job Summary

A medical technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Medical Technology Sales Training and Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide timely updates to course curricula to reflect changes in product offerings and market demands
• Access, design, implementation, and evaluation of sales product knowledge
• Facilitate innovative, interactive training designed for immediate application of clinical and administrative based selling

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years management experience
• 10+ years of sales and/or sales training experience in the healthcare and medical device market
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Ability to rapidly convert instructor-led materials into highly interactive, engaging, and meaningful e-Learning content
• Knowledge and experience in training sales associates and managing the effective use of CRM tools
