Job Summary

A community healthcare solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Member Advocate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering team member questions and provide guidance and feedback
  • Managing a team of Member Advocates effectively
  • Conducting 4 quality monitoring sessions per month per Member Advocate

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least six months in the Member Advocate Role or a similar position
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are passionate about improving health care delivery
  • You are compassionate, open-minded, patient and non-judgemental
  • You are emotionally-resilient and can successfully interact with customers
