Job Summary
A community healthcare solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Member Advocate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering team member questions and provide guidance and feedback
- Managing a team of Member Advocates effectively
- Conducting 4 quality monitoring sessions per month per Member Advocate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least six months in the Member Advocate Role or a similar position
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are passionate about improving health care delivery
- You are compassionate, open-minded, patient and non-judgemental
- You are emotionally-resilient and can successfully interact with customers
