Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Senior Member Engagement Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working cross-functionally across Product and Marketing to design and implement messaging campaigns
- Developing the style, frequency, and hierarchy of campaigns on the platform
- Managing and expanding all triggered email, SMS, and push notification campaigns through effective segmentation and automation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of industry experience in multi-channel marketing focusing on digital conversion and engagement
- 3+ years working closely with product KPIs and OKRs to improve product value
- Experience in designing canvases, campaigns, and segments in Braze
- Ability to both design effective communications as well as oversee and take accountability to generate campaigns
- Strong data analytical skills with the ability to generate appropriate reports
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to align with internal and external stakeholders
