Job Summary

An addiction recovery company is in need of a Remote Senior Member Experience Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building the strategy to increase engagement across in our online community
  • Working with the Product and Content teams to promote member engagement
  • Using member feedback to advocate for the needs of our community across the organization

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years leading a customer success function
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience managing teams focused on learning and development
  • Experience working within an online community and a guide for increasing engagement
  • Experience with how to collect feedback from customers to inform updates and strategy
