Job Summary
An addiction recovery company is in need of a Remote Senior Member Experience Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building the strategy to increase engagement across in our online community
- Working with the Product and Content teams to promote member engagement
- Using member feedback to advocate for the needs of our community across the organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years leading a customer success function
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience managing teams focused on learning and development
- Experience working within an online community and a guide for increasing engagement
- Experience with how to collect feedback from customers to inform updates and strategy
