Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is seeking a Remote Senior Member Feedback Analyst .
Must be able to:
- Identify and lead existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
- Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities.
- Prepare reports and efficiently communicates findings, actions to be taken and recommendations to senior management.
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Experience collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and process gaps and make recommendations
- Advanced business acumen across financial services products
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot table, macro, SQL), Tableau, SAS coding
- Experience in accurately using statistical analysis (e.g. statistical significance)
