Job Summary
An employer-facing mental health solution is filling a position for a Remote Senior Mental Health Member Campaign and Creative Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Contributing high-quality creative work from conception to execution that inspires members to act
- Devising and developing original concepts that engage diverse employee populations at client accounts
- Providing a fresh perspective, especially when it comes to member-facing direct response designs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience effectively managing in-house and/or freelance designers
- Experience working on client or partner creative that requires thoughtful co-branding that maintains brand integrity for all parties
- Experience in production design and working directly with vendors
- Excellent time management skills, a proactive, positive attitude, and a growth mindset
- Ability to apply your creative thinking and problem-solving to multiple projects at one time
