A data science and analytics company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Mergers and Acquisition Financial Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Playing a key role in the analysis of business expansion opportunities
- Extracting and structuring operational and financial data to ensure data integrity and facilitate effective analysis and reporting
- Developing, preparing and presenting reporting and advanced analyses in areas such as forecasts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of experience supporting mergers and acquisitions
- 5+ years of business experience in corporate finance/financial planning and analysis role
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills within a variety of data modeling techniques
- Experience working with a variety of reporting and analytic platforms and tools
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and manipulate complex, large-volume data from a wide-range of sources
