Job Summary
An information technology and digital marketing solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Finance Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership for M&A activities
- Conduct industry research and competitive analyses
- Lead financial due diligence meetings
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of related experience in corporate development / mergers & acquisitions work
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Advanced experience and strengths in accounting, financial modeling and analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of valuation and financial models (DCF, LBO, etc)
- Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholder
