Job Summary
A cloud technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reviewing and assessing all vendor legal contracts, systems and processe
- Ensuring alignment across sourcing and procurement functions
- Identifying and developing process improvements, best practices, and tools
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of relevant strategic sourcing and procurement experience
- 4+ yrs experience leading/participating in merger and acquisitions integrations
- Strong technical background in Strategic Sourcing in Technology Category Management
- Experience of entire Procure to Pay including Sourcing, Procurement Operations, etc
- Technical ability to review legal contract language and synthesize key legal and commercial issues
- Demonstrated track record of successful cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building
