Job Summary
A staffing company has an open position for a Remote Senior Microsoft CRM Developer Manager in Sugar Grove.
Must be able to:
- Maintain, design, and support the company's CRM system
- Create, install, and test new functionality in the CRM system
- Manage performance tuning and capacity planning activities to enhance the performance of CRM system
Position Requirements Include:
- Remote 1-2 Days per Week
- Experience developing and managing enterprise scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements
- Understanding of application development processes
- Ability to analyze user support statistics and other data and recommends appropriate measures
- Ability to communicate with vendors, users, management, and network programming staff
