Job Summary
A mobile marketing and consumer engagement company has an open position for a Remote Senior Mobile Marketing Compensation Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying tool improvements, system automation, and data enhancements
- Partnering with HR leaders to ensure employees are receiving correct compensation per the terms of their plan
- Performing analysis on different compensation plan changes to understand the impact on the business
Qualifications Include:
- 5-7 years of experience as a compensation analyst
- Experience with Payfactors
- Experience managing compensation administration
- Ability to successfully manage multiple compensation projects simultaneously
- Advanced Excel skills
- Analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
