Job Summary

A mobile marketing and consumer engagement company has an open position for a Remote Senior Mobile Marketing Compensation Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying tool improvements, system automation, and data enhancements
  • Partnering with HR leaders to ensure employees are receiving correct compensation per the terms of their plan
  • Performing analysis on different compensation plan changes to understand the impact on the business

Qualifications Include:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a compensation analyst
  • Experience with Payfactors
  • Experience managing compensation administration
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple compensation projects simultaneously
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
