Job Summary

A financial company is seeking a Remote Senior Mortgage Lender Onboarding Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Facilitating weekly meetings with Branch leadership when needed
• Completing post-week 1 check-ins with new hires and new branches using provided resources
• Analyzing data from a comprehensive report on hiring related tasks and experience to provide recommendations to leadership

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• 7-10 Years customer service experience required
• Exemplary phone and email etiquette, impeccable client-service skills
• Demonstrated success in delegating and influencing others
• Mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as working knowledge with entire Microsoft suite
