Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Mortgage Loan Processor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing loan applications from time of application to submission
  • Updating the Loan Origination System throughout loan processing
  • Resolving routine title issues including vesting issues and various liens

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of current processing experience within the Mortgage Lending industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agency, FHA and VA, and Purchase loans
  • Detailed TRID knowledge to include awareness of regulatory timelines and COC requirements
  • Knowledge of and ability to accurately input fees in the 2015 Itemization
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations and requirements for both conventional and government
