Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Mortgage Loan Processor in Charlotte.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing Conventional, FHA, VA Loans
  • Setting up loans for Purchase
  • Ordering appraisals, VOR's, VOM's, Hazard Insurance

Position Requirements Include:

  • Extremely recent mortgage loan processing, Jr. Underwriting, Underwriting, and/or closing experience
  • 5+ years of this experience
  • Stable job tenure
  • Experience with FHA, VA, and Conventional Loans
  • Very computer proficient
  • Ability to work from home 100% of the time
