A private mortgage lending service provider has an open position for a Remote Senior Mortgage Processor in Denver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Prepare mortgage loan file
• Confirm mortgage loan application information
• Obtain mortgage loan documentation

Position Requirements Include:

• 3 yrs experience
• Strong knowledge in “A” Paper
• FNMA / FHLMC and FHA/VA
• Working knowledge of Orijin
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
