Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Mortgage Underwriter III.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making critical credit decisions on conventional and government loans
- Underwriting loans to investor/agency guidelines
- Analyzing risk as it relates to investment quality loans
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of overall mortgage underwriting experience
- 3+ years of recent experience underwriting FHA and VA loans
- FHA and VA certifications
- Encompass software
- Strong MS Office software skills
- Ability to work from home efficiently
