Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Mortgage Underwriter in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring all tax, title, insurance and closing documentation is accurate and complete
  • Verifying income, assets, credit and collateral documents including tax returns
  • Reviewing the credit report and compare liabilities to 1003

Required Skills:

  • 5 years of recent Mortgage Underwriting Experience
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, is required
  • Proven knowledge of Mortgage Insurance Guidelines and rates
  • Strong working knowledge of ATR/QM Requirements
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
