Job Summary

A commercial real estate services and investment firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Mortgage Underwriter in Denver.

Must be able to:

• Review field underwriting submissions to ensure internal credit quality and investor compliance
• Present transaction for loan committee approval
• Prepare borrower credit analysis

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required
• Minimum five years multifamily Underwriting experience
• Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Proficient in common Adobe and Microsoft applications
