A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Senior Mortgage Underwriter in Fort Lauderdale.

- Underwriting loans to investor or agency guidelines
- Reviewing applicant's creditworthiness, risk and income
- Preparing reports based on the results from the risk analysis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 years' of recent experience underwriting experience
- Proven experience handling FHA, VA and Conventional loans
- Experience with private investor and private mortgage insurance guidelines
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of Underwriter and Loan Processing software
