Job Summary

A distribution company is in need of a Remote Senior NetApp Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to customer service inquiries regarding company products
  • Researching, documenting and communicating recurring technical issues
  • Facilitating and coordinating Returned Material Authorization (RMA) as necessary

Qualifications Include:

  • 10% travel
  • NetApp Support Specialist Certification (NAHSE, NCSE, ONTAP Specialist NCSE)
  • 8-10+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • NetApp experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Availability to be in on-call rotation
