Job Summary

An information technology and data science consultancy has an open position for a Remote Senior NetApp Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Responds to customer service inquiries
  • Researches, documents, and communicates recurring technical issues
  • Provide multiple levels of escalated support

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel 10%
  • NetApp Support Specialist Certification (NAHSE, NCSE, ONTAP Specialist NCSE)
  • 8-10+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • NetApp experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Availability to be in on-call rotation
