Job Summary
A company providing network communication services for residential, small business, and enterprise customers is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Network Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Following customer service and ticket handling guidelines
- Monitoring and working service request queues
- Performing troubleshooting of endpoints and peripheral devices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a technical discipline
- 4-6 years technical/telephony experience with 6+ years directly related to the job
- 9+ years of directly related telephony or network operations experience accepted
- An equivalent combination of education and directly related experience would be accepted
