Remote Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company that delivers innovative payment and risk solutions has a current position open for a Remote Senior Network Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining LAN/WAN equipment and related services for Web support
• Leading in the diagnosis, and resolving complex network problems
• Selecting network devices, and setting network policies that adhere to Security guidelines

Required Skills:

• Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
• Minimum 7 years work experience
• Current CCIE or JNCIP certification
• Hands-on experience implementing and administrating network devices, setting and maintaining policies
• Strong understanding of common network monitoring and security utilities, Data Center technologies, etc
• A thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet, and TCP/IP networking
