Job Summary
A cloud services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Network Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Work extensively with Firewalls, Load Balancers, Storage Devices and other third-party applications
- Be responsible for Network design, integration and deployment within an IL2 environment
- Develop new systems application implementation plans and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or computer science plus related field experience as a Network engineer
- Must have at least 4 years of Systems Administration/Engineering experience
- Must have knowledge of VPN solution such as Juniper Pulse Secure/Invanti
- Experience installing, Configuring and Maintaining Firewalls - Palo Alto
- Experience installing & configuring standalone and HA pair Load-Balancers - BIGIP-LTM/GTM/ASM
- Meet the personnel security requirements and undergo background checks as defined in OPM policy IAW the FedRAMP Moderate baseline, the FedRAMP+ CEs related to personnel security, and DoD personnel security policies
