Job Summary

A company that develops business solutions and payment processing software is filling a position for a Remote Senior Network Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Generate, review and track trouble tickets
  • Develop technical documentation and TroubleShooting Guides for Operations personnel
  • Take ownership of customer incidents and resolve them per guidelines set Develop technical documentation and TroubleShooting Guides for Operations personnel.

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5-7+ years of Cisco network technologies – Switching, Routing, Firewalls, IPS
  • Knowledge and experience with F5 Load balancers (configuration and security using ASM/Web Application Firewalls)
  • Knowledge converged infrastructure and virtualization a plus
  • Configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, all LAN/MAN/WAN equipment and issues
