Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Senior New Product initiative Technical Product Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and launch a new product
• Organize and lead discussions/rituals that build relationships
• Mentor and support other Product Designers

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of professional experience designing experiences that empower the end-user
• Able to identify, sponsor, and shape new opportunities
• Able to manage converging/diverging, assessing constraints and risk, and de-risking the solution
• Can effectively organize and lead discussions/rituals
• Experience taking the lead in planning and executing the experience roadmap for complex software projects
