Job Summary
A media company is seeking a Remote Senior Newsletter and Email Operations CRM Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying new opportunities for automation and personalization through journey building
- Managing overall email list health and protect domain reputation/deliverability across all email efforts
- Educating internal teams on email best practices through personal expertise on the end-to-end email hygiene process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of email marketing best practices and technical infrastructure
- 6+ years experience in planning, executing, optimizing and planning campaigns, with a strong focus on newsletters, email and CRM
- Proven experience leading an email operations/CRM management function
- Extensive experience working and managing relationships with CRM platforms
- Superior project management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
