Job Summary
A biotechnology company is seeking a Remote Senior NextGeneration Sequencing Staff Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading project core teams
- Facilitating project team meetings, cross-functional communication and decision making
- Collaborating with team members to develop detailed project plans
Position Requirements Include:
- BS in Molecular Biology, Genetics or Engineering
- Greater than 5 years multi-disciplinary knowledge of the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient with project management tools and applications
- Assertiveness to tactfully address concerns or conflicts openly within core and extended teams
