Job Summary

A social media company is in need of a Remote Senior Observability Data Insights Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing & developing highly performant and complex distributed systems
  • Enhancing the existing stack to be up to date with emerging technology trends
  • Solving scaling problems for a group of distributed systems

Position Requirements Include:

  • B.S.+ in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with building and operating large-scale distributed systems
  • Fluent in one or more object-oriented languages like Java, Scala, C++, C#
  • Experience coming up with technical solutions, writing technical design docs, and driving projects to completion
