Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Omni Channel Capacity Planning Specialist .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying ways to improve the capacity planning modeling approach in an Omni Channel environment
- Ensuring that our Workforce Management outcomes enable proactive, accurate and timely business decisions
- Analyzing historical data and applying decision making skills to generate the most appropriate staffing forecast
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience and proficiency in advanced capacity planning tools and modeling, including Omni Channel modeling
- Demonstrated ability to support multi-functional projects independently
