Job Summary

A video chat software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Online Business Product Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Provide practical and strategic advice to minimize legal risks while advancing business goals and initiatives
  • Partner with program and product managers to support a wide variety of growth initiatives
  • Provide over the horizon advice to the business unit on evolving U.S. and international laws and regulations

Position Requirements Include:

  • J.D. degree with membership in at least one U.S. state bar
  • Have experience with SaaS technology and the legal issues
  • 10+ plus years of relevant experience, including in-house experience with SaaS, UCaaS, or other technology companies
  • Have experience working in a product counsel role building and supporting online, e-commerce products
  • Ability to lead without authority among stakeholders and strong relations at all levels and across the organization
