Job Summary

The developer of an online real estate platform has an open position for a Remote Senior Online Real Estate Software Quality Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying inefficiencies in the software development process and drive improvements
  • Researching and pioneering the adoption and use of new tools & techniques for maintaining and improving quality
  • Empowering your team through mentorship and provide opportunities to grow in their careers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of test experience with web & mobile software technologies covering user experience, service API, and business workflows
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills to work across multiple organizations
  • Expertise in test design & strategy, automated integration test suites, and in debugging test failures and test automation environments
  • Enthusiasm for agile/scrum and rapid release cycles
  • Ability to learn and improve your testing craft and leadership skills
