Job Summary

A non-profit environmental conservation agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Operations and Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate, and monitorsthe application support, operations, and enhancement processes
  • Perform technical analyst activities
  • Gather & document requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in information technology or related field and/or equivalent education and experience
  • Extensive experience in a corporate finance department and/or relevant equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience supporting and configuring ERP systems: Financials and/or HR and/or Legal
  • 5 years of experience as a business professional in IT, Finance, HR, Legal or related
  • Experience in defining and documenting complex systems requirements
  • Experience communicating within IT clearly and succinctly and with key business partners
