Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Operations Billing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Managing the execution of SaaS billing for customers
Assisting with the team’s billing processes
Performing QCs on transactions prior to posting

Qualifications for this position include:

Two (2) or more years of relevant Billing experience with a SaaS or technology company
Minimum of one (1) year experience MSA (contract) review
Knowledge and experience using Salesforce CRM
Experience with Excel (intermediate to advanced) and ticketing systems
Comfortable with presentations, leading meetings, and documenting SOPs
