Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Operations Billing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the execution of SaaS billing for customers
  • Assisting with the team’s billing processes
  • Performing QCs on transactions prior to posting

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Two (2) or more years of relevant Billing experience with a SaaS or technology company
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience MSA (contract) review
  • Knowledge and experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with Excel (intermediate to advanced) and ticketing systems
  • Comfortable with presentations, leading meetings, and documenting SOPs
