A manufacturing services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Operations Development Manager.
Must be able to:
- Recruit, interview and hire Operational Development staff
- Create and manage succession plans
- Provide weekly communication forum for the exchange of ideas
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management OR equivalent education and training
- 8-10+ years' experience in a relevant company position OR equivalent external work experience
- 6 years' experience in a supervisory/management role in an Operational Development department
- Or a combination of education, experience and/or training
- Advanced PC skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interprets general business periodicals
