Job Summary
A contact center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Operations Manager in Centennial.
Must be able to:
- Develop and maintain client rapport and ensure overall client satisfaction
- Manage defined operational services
- Develop, grow, and maintain overall employee experience, capabilities, morale, and job satisfaction
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 4+ years related call center management experience
- Bachelor degree with 2 years call center experience
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written)
- Experienced in goal-setting (defining and prioritizing specific, driving objectives)
- Strong analytical skills
