Job Summary
A full-service mortgage lender has a current position open for a Remote Senior Operations Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing multi-state project pipeline
- Escalating any fraud files to applicable Condo Manager or Condo VP
- Performing data entry and document uploads
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Available for possible travel for meetings and training
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years’ processing (or similar) experience in high volume mortgage setting
- Knowledge of FHA, FNMA and FHLMC policies and guidelines
- Knowledge of mortgage (condo) loan processing, compliance, investor products and underwriting guidelines
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills including SharePoint
