Job Summary

A mortgage loan company has an open position for a Remote Senior Operations Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for policies, procedures, and technology
• Managing multi-state project pipeline
• Advising and assisting internal business partners with project-related inquiries

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years' processing (or similar) experience in high volume mortgage setting
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA and FHLMC policies and guidelines
• Knowledge of mortgage (condo) loan processing, compliance, investor products and underwriting guidelines
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills including SharePoint
