Job Summary

A financial services and investment firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Oracle Database Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring compliance with audit, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring acceptable database availability and response time by leading database problem diagnosis and resolution
  • Providing DBA support for complex software installation and maintenance, including major upgrades

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience/ subject matter expertise
  • Oracle database administration experience
  • Physical and logical replication, examples include: Quest Shareplex or Data Guard experience
