Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating recommendations and solutions for configuration and design
  • Solving complex business issues with the implementation of creative solutions
  • Providing support for sales opportunities with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementation
  • 2+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management/Functional/Technical Lead experience
  • 2+ years of experience in at least 3 of these areas: OracleHCM -- Global (Core) HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), or Payroll
