Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Senior Order Management Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure subscription expansion and renewal orders are transacted quickly
- Process subscription changes
- Manage order status inquiries, service delivery, subscription management support, and discrepancy resolution
Qualifications for this position include:
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent 3-5 years of experience in order management
- Familiarity with special terms handling, enterprise contracts, and orders
- Comfort working with disparate systems and apps, operating as a human API
- Proficiency as a problem-solver and an agile multitasker who is flexible in thought and implementation
- Clear communication skills and detail-oriented sensibilities
- Experience working with multiple CRM/subscription management systems
