Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and facilitating project discovery to define change management requirements
- Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to maximize user adoption and proficiency
- Building knowledge and credibility quickly
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in a similar OCM role
- Experience with agile transformations in large enterprises
- Hands on consultant with a positive attitude, able to lead by example and partnering to deliver value
- Proven track record of successful change management initiatives in business through strategic consulting and leading
