A privately-held accounting and financial consulting services firm is seeking a Remote Senior Outsourced Accounting Services Accountant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Training and mentoring staff and interns on outsourced accounting processes and procedures
- Preparing complex workpapers and financial statements
- Participating in meetings as a member of the outsourced accounting team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting
- Minimum 4 years relevant & recent experience with full cycle accounting
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Ability to pick up new technology and software quickly
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and business acumen
