Job Summary

A company that offers an electronic trading platform to trade financial assets is in need of a Remote Senior Participant Services Stock Plans Specialist in Alpharetta.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Provide differentiated “white glove” customer service and support to our Stock Plans Participants
• Understand our client’s investment needs and help point them in the right direction for resolution to their issues/concerns
• Work with other teams, use technology and provided resources to resolve inquiries for clients

Required Skills:

• Current Series 7 license required
• Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business Management/Administration/Business related discipline strongly preferred)
• OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (1 year of work experience can substitute 1 year of education)
• Series 63 license required within 6 weeks of hire
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing work experience, with at least 6-12 months of that experience in a service to sales environment
