Job Summary

An education solutions company is seeking a Remote Senior Partner Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Use Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data
  • Own a revenue and renewal rate goal
  • Conduct user-testing on a new feature and give feedback to the engineering team

Qualifications Include:

  • Traveling to a partner school to attend a mentor mingle' event to meet program participants
  • 5+ years work experience, with a minimum of 3 year in a customer success or account management role
  • Experience managing complex projects with many stakeholders
  • Comfort with Slides/Powerpoint and Google Sheets/Excel
  • Exceptionally clear written and verbal communicator
  • Strong organizational skills and flawless follow-through
