Job Summary

A social media company is in need of a Remote Senior Patent Counsel Member.

Must be able to:

  • Implement and execute multiple aspects of our patent prosecution program
  • Assist and take the lead on patent procurement and patent mining
  • Manage the budget for patent-related expenses incurred from your work

Position Requirements Include:

  • 6 years law firm and/or in-house patent prosecution and portfolio development experience
  • Excellent command of current patent law, regulations, and rules in the US
  • Solid technical knowledge of Internet technologies
  • Demonstrated service based, principled leadership
  • State Bar admission in good standing (or qualified for Registered In-House Counsel status)
