Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Patient Care Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a high level of customer service behavior at all times
• Participate in quality monitoring process
• Monitor risk level change queues in EMR

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma / GED or higher
• 2+ years of experience and knowledge of medical terminology
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare or customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to type 25+ WPM
