Job Summary

A healthhcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Patient Engagement Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reaching out to patients via telephone, video, and email on behalf of the primary care doctor
• Educating eligible patients on the value of the program, their qualification and how the program works
• Enrolling patients in a new CCM program and schedule time with the patient and the Care Manager

Required Skills:

• Associates degree required
• 3-5 years of experience required in customer service or inside sales
• Personal demeanor that expresses empathy with a patient-focused mindset and engagement
• Proven adaptability in a high-volume sales space, ability to meet deadlines, and metrics
