Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Payment Integrity Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage operational payment integrity activities
- Manage strategic plans, plans, and goals according to organizational vision and goals
- Provide oversight and ensure updated procedures are maintained across Operations
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience managing people
- 3+ years experience in a payment integrity or operations capacity
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ year of equivalent experience
- Experience with reimbursement methodologies
- Experience using analysis tools such as SQL, AWS, Python, or Looker
- Knowledge of managed care and health plan concepts, principles, practices and operations
