Job Summary
A developer of HR management software has a current position open for a Remote Senior Payroll Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll preparation and processing
- Communicate with managers and department leaders on items needed for payroll
- Help build our payroll processes and HR strategies to scale as our business grows
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of payroll processing experience in a fast-paced, multi-state environment
- 2 years of clerical accounting/tax experience
- Intermediate to high proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Comprehensive knowledge of wage and hour laws, garnishment laws, and taxability of wages
- The ability to stay "cool as a cucumber" when stressful situations come
- A natural curiosity for the unknown and a drive to find the answer to your own questions
